The President is responsible for the general supervision of SEI-MD. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors. The President shall call special meetings of the Board of Directors or of the members as deemed appropriate. The President shall be empowered to appoint committees and chairpersons for those committees as deemed necessary for the functioning of SEI-MD, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of SEI-MD.


The Past-President shall serve as chair of the Nominating Committee.

Vice President

In the absence of the President, or in case of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President.


The Treasurer shall monitor management of the financial affairs of SEI-MD. The Treasurer shall establish and maintain a record of income and expenditures and shall be prepared to present an accounting of affairs as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of SEI-MD.


The Secretary shall give notice of, attend, and keep minutes of all meetings of SEI-MD. The Secretary shall have custody of minutes.
